De vetzuurbindende eiwitdetectiekit van Benxin is geschikt voor kwantitatieve bepaling van H-FABP in menselijk volbloed/serum/plasma in vitro.
Cardiaal vetzuurbindend eiwit kan niet alleen worden gebruikt als een vroege marker van AMI, maar ook als een ideale diagnostische marker voor herhaling van een hartinfarct.Op dit moment omvat de toepassing van cardiaal vetzuurbindend eiwit voornamelijk de volgende aspecten: vroege diagnose AMI-evaluatie van het myocardinfarctgebied, evaluatie van vroege myocardiale micro-injury, evaluatie van myocardischemie-reperfusie, evaluatie van de prognose van hartfalen, enz. Gebaseerd op tijdsopgeloste fluorescentietechniek werd het H-FABP-gehalte in menselijk volbloed/serum/plasma bepaald door middel van dubbel-antilichaam-sandwich-immunochromatografie.Het detectieplatform van dit project omvat voornamelijk chemiluminescentietechnologie, immunocompetentietechnologie, colloïdaal goudtechnologie, immunofluorescentietechnologie, tijdopgeloste fluorescentietechnologie enzovoort.
